NCAPHA is actively recruiting for a Foreign Language Interpreter position placed at Robeson County Health Department

POSITION VACANCY

TITLE:           FOREIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER

DUTIES:  Employee in this position will act as a Spanish translator for patients and clients of Robeson County Health Department and additional duties as needed in the Women’s Health & Family Planning programs. 

Applicant must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  Graduation from high school and one year of experience in a health care or human services setting demonstrating fluency in Spanish and English languages. 

Prefer individual with at least one year of office assistant/secretarial experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

SALARY:  $14.21 per hour
