Criteria for selection:
In keeping with the theme, the abstract review team will pay particular attention to submissions that offer skill development and/or examine programs, interventions, research or policies that contribute to public health practice, honor the past, examine the present and/or have potential impact on public health in the future.

Other Participant Information:
You will be notified via email by June 30, 2010 of acceptance. Your timeslot will be included in the letter of acceptance. At the time of presentation, if the content is deemed inappropriate, the presenter/poster will be requested to withdraw the presentation.

Requirements:
You do not need to be an NCPHA member to submit an abstract. However, if your abstract is accepted for oral presentation or poster, all presenting authors must become NCPHA members and all presenters must register for the conference on the day of presentation (at a minimum). Submission of an abstract implies a commitment to make the presentation at the annual meeting.
