Alliance Staffing is a nonprofit agency that provides employment services to meet the needs of our clients. Since 1995, we have partnered with over 50 local Health Departments and consolidated Health Departments in North Carolina to address and fulfill their staffing needs.

Our staffing services include payrolling employees found by our clients or finding the perfect candidate to meet our client's needs. We carefully screen our temporary staff, conduct criminal background checks and provide OSHA training. Alliance Staffing employees are covered by our malpractice, general liability and workers' compenation insurance.
Maximize Your Budget with our Competitive Fees
Our administrative fees are very competitive with other staffing agencies. We charge our customers a three tiered fee schedule ranging from 19% to 33% depending on such factors as length of service and pay rates.
Enjoy a Comprehensive Benefits Package
Our employees receive exceptional benefits rarely found in the temporary employment industry such as 401k plan participation after one year of employment and flexible spending plan (medical and dependent care) after 90 days of employment. Under the ACA, our full-time employees are eligilbe for medical insurance and our clients do not have to contribute towards their coverage. We do not charge our customers an additional conversion fee if they hire our employees. In addition, we will post job openings at NC Health Departments on our website for free.
